FAQ

Q: Can I wash the Cloth Books?
Our product has passed safety inspections in many countries around the world and can be played directly without cleaning.
If cleaning is required, please follow these steps:

Remove all accessories and throw them into the laundry bag (it is not recommended to clean the cloth book body. The front and back covers are fixed cardboard and contain trace amounts of glue. There may be leakage after soaking, causing the cloth book to be stained)
➡ Add general detergent to the washing machine (color protection or bleaching effect detergents are not allowed)
➡ Set soft wash and minimum water volume (do not soak)
➡ Allow to air dry naturally, with the help of a dehumidifier (do not expose to direct sunlight)

Q: If I lost the accessories of the cloth book, can I buy it?
Yes, each small accessory costs RM10 (Express delivery costs need to be paid separately)
Please take photos of the missing accessories or provide detailed instructions to avoid shipping errors.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product if it is defective?
Each My First Book is handmade. If there are any defects or missing parts, please contact customer service within seven days of purchase.
