Terms and Conditions

  Shipping Time  
＊In-stock items: 3-5 working days after payment
＊Pre-order items: Based on the shipping time listed on the official website for the product
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipping time will be based on the pre-order item. The entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
In case of uncontrollable factors leading to out-of-stock items (such as factory shortages, shipping errors, or product defects), Seed Village will notify you in advance for an exchange or refund.


  Shipping and Returns  
When placing an order, please select the correct region. The recipient must provide a full name and complete information. Once the order is confirmed and shipped, the information cannot be changed. If errors in the information lead to the need for re-shipment or other losses, the associated costs must be borne by the customer. 

When you receiving the package, if the packaging or product is damaged, please take a complete photo (including the express box, packaging, damaged product, bubble paper) and send it to customer service. If there is no damaged photo when you received the package, we can't not return or compensation the product.

【Returns and Exchanges】
Seed Village products come with a 7-day appreciation period starting from the day after receipt.
Please check the items and quantity immediately upon receiving the package to ensure they are correct and free of defects. If there is any issue, it must be reported within 7 days. After 7 days, the order will be considered completed, and no return or exchange service will be provided.
* Returned items must be sent back with the original product (including gifts, promotional items, etc.) in the original packaging. If all the contents are not properly packaged and returned intact, you will need to bear the shipping costs for any missing parts.
* If the return involves a discounted bundle, the entire bundle is considered one item. Therefore, individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
* Any used discount coupons or codes will become invalid after checkout and cannot be reclaimed upon return.
* Returns or refunds cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

     1. The product has been opened or used, or is damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, dirt).

     2. The product’s packaging is incomplete, or invoice/tags/accessories are missing.

     3. The return appears to be malicious or in large quantities.

     4. No return or exchange service is available for overseas orders.

【Defect Identification】
* Minor imperfections such as loose threads, small stains, slight glue marks, uncut buttonholes, or color differences are not considered defects.
* Color differences: Slight color variations due to lighting, angles during photography, or differences in screen color values across devices are not considered defects.
* If a defective product return is approved, Seed Village will assist with the return or exchange process and cover the shipping costs.
